Trade-In, Trade-Up Policy

Qualifying Trade-In Requirements:  A maximum of up to 4 LiPo batteries can be traded-in per customer, per year. Batteries must be from the brands listed in the drop down menu only. All trade-in batteries require a copy of your original receipt of purchase and are eligible for one year from date of purchase. Batteries must be in good, well-kept condition and not damaged. Due to shipping regulations only individuals in the USA and Canada are eligible for the trade-in program at this time. Only batteries rating 250mAh and 2-Cell or above qualify.

Discount:  For qualifying batteries, you will receive 50% off the current MAP/street price for currently generation Chemistry batteries only. Trade-in batteries will be matched by closest mAh and discharge rate for the equivalent TPRC batteries. By trading in your batteries you understand that TPRC staff will place a sales order matching to our closest equivalent product. Should you decide to upgrade the discharge rate, the discount will be based on the equivalent as identified by our staff and you will be charged the 50% of the equivalent plus the difference for the higher discharge rated mAh. There is no further discount for downgrade in mAh or discharge rates. Maximum discount is 50% and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Trade-In Process:  Fill out the form below for up to 4 batteries as defined in the “Qualifying Trade-In Requirements” above. You will receive a Trade-in Merchandise Authorization number by email along with further instructions on finalizing your trade-in and trade-up. Please allow 3-6 weeks for processing, building and shipping from the date the trade-in batteries are received at our facility.
By Checking this box, I have read and understand my trade-in batteries can only be shipped from the USA or Canada and sent by Ground Shipping Only. Under no circumstances will I ship the batteries by any method other than Ground Shipping. I also have read and understand, that under no circumstances will Thunder Power RC return my trade-in batteries. I understand that orders cannot be cancelled once payment is submitted. It is my responsibility to insure and send the batteries in a trackable method and Thunder Power RC is not responsible for lost inbound shipments.

• If Thunder Power RC accepts your trade-in battery, you transfer all right, title and interest in the trade-in battery to TPRC.  Also, your transfer of the trade-in battery to TPRC may not be revoked by you at any time, however, TPRC may agree (at their discretion) to transfer all right, title and interest in the trade-in battery back to you if they deem applicable special circumstances apply.  Under these special circumstances you will be required to pay for the return shipping.
